How to re-activate Windows Server 19 after building a new Audio PC

Just curious I have a windows activated version of Server 2019 standard.  I have been using it on my current audio PC (with AO, Roon and HQP) it is an older Ryzen 7 1800x machine with a 1060GTX GPU for cuda.  I am going to rebuild this machine to a newer intel based system (I7-10700K, Z590 motherboard, new Apacer ram).  Is there anyway to de-activate my license on this existing older machine (1800x) and then re-activate it on the new intel 10700K machine?  What have others done to accomplish this?
