The issue is that the authentication key I received appears not to function properly. I have tried uploading it through the “Key” tab, multiple times, using the remove key function to clear it out between attempts, just in case. No success. The "About" screen continues to indicate a Trial license (screenshot below). What might I be doing wrong? Do I need a new key? Thanks! Link to comment
0 jiminlogansquare Posted February 22, 2021 Author Share Posted February 22, 2021 ANSWERED. FYI, there was a mismatch between the fingerprint in the key I was sent and that in the copy of HQPlayer installed on my sonicTransporter. @Miska resolved this by providing a new key. Link to comment
