issue Headset make some noise when play/stop/change music

Hello, I have recently bought a new Arctis Pro + GameDAC headset but I have a very annoying problem: when I play or stop or close the window (exeple Youtube window or Tidal window) or even when I change song from Tidal i hear a very short noise (the same when i turn on or turn off my PC).

Can anoyone hel me? Thanks

I think that you need to more clearly define the problem you're having.  If it's just a random click or pop you need to have a look at the settings of the program you're using to play music.  Their just might be a buffer that needs to be extended or something of that nature.  

 

Reply with the software that you're using for music playback if this issue hasn't already been resolved.
