Popular Post Flashman
I used to buy audio equipment from C.C. Poon, a wonderful Chinese gentleman who used to operate Monarchy Audio out of San Francisco. He also designed the company's products, such as the NM24 Tube DAC and Line Amp, all of which were great values. Anyway, I developed a friendship over time with Mr. Poon and, one day, he offered to send me a bunch of high-resolution music he had collected over time. One of the CDs was "The Super Extended Resolution Sound of TBM," mastered by the inestimable Tohru Kotetsu. I have the CD burned to an SSD on my Roon Nucleus. While the music is not exactly my cup of tea, I listen to the tracks from time to time, marveling at the production values. I noted that the CD is available from some sellers on Amazon but it costs a pretty penny. The Computer Audiophile and jmpsmash 1 1 Link to comment
