anroj
Hi all, I'm having an issue with Roon. First it was causing my PC to crash, and after installing a new hard drive and reinstalling Windows10, it crashed the new install as well. I have been in contact with Roon support and they recommended starting with a fresh database, which I did, but now Roon crashes. My PC is an Intel NUC i7-6770HQ, Windows 10. Has anyone else had this issue, or can share how to resolve it? Link to comment

I order new RAM and replaced it and Roon stopped crashing. If you have more than one memory module in your NUC you can try removing one at a time to see if this is the issue. I had not thought of that. Thank you for the suggestion. Link to comment

I haven't had a chance to sit down for any extended amount of time to test it long-term, but I was able to launch Roon without it crashing or it crashing my NUC.
