Suggestions for a low-cost DAC?

My office is shutdown for the time being, so I had to set up a home office.  I have been running straight out of the 3.5mm headphone jack of my HP laptop for the last month.  Since the COVID situation could last a while, I decided to spring for a DAC.

 

Scanning the options available, I decided to go with a flagship, cost-no-object option... the Modi 3! 😁

 

I have the Modi 3 connected to my Cavalli Liquid Carbon amp, using my Senn HD800's or Meze 99 Classic (I share this office with my wife, so sometimes I need to use a closed can).

 

I must say I am exceptionally impressed with this little $99 DAC!
