Madra
Looking for for your feedback. Martin Logan Monolith were the first high end speakers I fell in love with (that was in the early nineties). Curious to see what Sanders is coming up with. Link to comment
Madra
My experience with active digital speakers is limited to the Meridian DSP6000, a roughly 20 years old design. I had this system at home for an extended loan (last year) and I found it quite good. Good enough to make me believe that digital active speakers may be the future of audio reproduction. Systems like the Kii and the new Sanders design should reach higher SQ. However, what I would like to see is some Obsolescence proof in their design, like some modularity allowing for the upgrade of the DAC, DSP and amplification when digital technology inevitably moves forward. I believe it is this fear of obsolescence on top of the lack of system tweeking that is keeping audiophiles away. opus101 1 Link to comment
Madra
@The Computer Audiophile, looking at the pictures on the Eikon Audio website, it seems that they are doing the DSP and digital to analog conversion in the external box, and sending balanced analog signals separately to each speaker (4 per speaker). Is that the case? Link to comment

I assume they also supply a bundled 4 connector color coded xlr cable, otherwise wiring is going to be a big mess . Link to comment
