If it's your phone, make sure in it's setting that it's not automatically converting it to lower streaming setting to save battery and space. When I'm streaming at home the only artist I've found with lower that 44.1khz is My Morning Jacket. On my Iphone it automatically defaults it to lower setting to save on battery and data.
