virelai
Hi - I am in the UK and have a microRendu purchased direct from Sonore. My MR has stopped recognising my Hugo DAC - which works fine direct from my MacBook Pro. I have also tried the USB DAC input on a Musical Fidelity M-CLIC with the same problem (again it works fine from my Mac). Is there anywhere I can get the MR checked out in the UK? Symptoms are: When running Roon ready app MR not appearing in Roon network devices list When running HQPlayer NAA app MR not appearing in HQPlayer device list when NetworkAudioAdapter selected DAC Diagnostics say "No audio devices found. Attach a USB DAC to this system." Thanks. Link to comment

Cool3r King
Just to be sure. Have you tried restarting the mR and DAC in different orders? I have a 2Qute DAC with my mR. If I restart one, I have to mess about trying to remember what order to switch them on in. Otherwise my DAC won't see the mR. This is probably an obvious question, but I thought I'd check before you make a trip... Link to comment
virelai
Thanks, I have tried different orders, but will check everything again before I have it looked at. Link to comment
