Outlet plate for Cable Feeds

I need a wall plate the size of a regular AC outlet cover with a large hole in it for 3 cable feeds - it also has to have a grommet or something soft around the hole.

 

Any ideas?

 

I can find a nice white cover plate with a 1.5" hole in it, but cannot find a grommet to fit at the local hardware store that will protect the cables form the sharp plastic edge.

Maybe this would work for you? Has a soft brush lined opening.
