Organizing songs on iTunes

I'm new to iTunes and was wondering if it is possible to group purchased songs from the same artist, but different albums under the same icon? For instance, if you purchased one song from an artist from album A, and one song from the same artist from album B, is it possible to put all that artist's songs under one album icon instead of having a whole bunch of album icons with only one or two songs connected to them? I know I can make playlists, I'm just wondering if I could unclutter my music list and keep all songs from the same artist in one place. Hope this is clear.

Hi there, you can do this by giving each song the same album name. You may also have to make them part of a compilation by selecting Yes to that part of the song info (select a song and the Get Info).
