Julf
Another update - seems they seem to have pulled the album off their site. I guess that confirms it was not what they claimed it was. I could think I had only hallucinated, except I have the receipt of paying for it, and the email from them promoting it... Ah, and they promoted it on google+ as well. Well, guess they noticed their mistake, too bad they took my money and never got back to me. Link to comment

I suggest you use their on-site form and put your make the subject line: re order #: myordernumber Ask them if they pulled the files b/c of a problem and ask for a merchandise credit. They've given credits in the past in just these types of situations Main listening (small home office): Main setup: Surge protectors +>Isol-8 Mini sub Axis Power Strip/Protection>QuietPC Low Noise Server>Roon (Audiolense DRC)>Stack Audio Link II>Kii Control>Kii Three BXT (on their own electric circuit) >GIK Room Treatments. Secondary Path: Server with Audiolense RC>RPi4 or analog>Cayin iDAC6 MKII (tube mode) (XLR)>Kii Three BXT Bedroom: SBTouch to Cambridge Soundworks Desktop Setup. Living Room/Kitchen: Ropieee (RPi3b+ with touchscreen) + Schiit Modi3E to a pair of Morel Hogtalare. All absolute statements about audio are false Link to comment
Julf
I suggest you use their on-site form and put your make the subject line: re order #: myordernumber I already did that once, and got a response where they claimed the album was OK. Ask them if they pulled the files b/c of a problem and ask for a merchandise credit. Julf
OK, just tried again, will let you know if they respond... They did. Here is their reply: "As mentioned previously the album was in the appropriate format. The label has since pulled the album. We will issue you a refund for this item as a one-time courtesy. You will receive an email confirmation in a few days once it is complete." So HDtracks thinks the album was OK, the label doesn't. Link to comment
