That's a quite an investment with no word clock synching. How do you control the drift?

If the S/PDIF outputs use the same clock, there will be no drift. Assuming identical DACs have equal latency, the outputs should be in sync.

ALSA on Linux can do that too. You still need the clock sync, of course.
