Article: McIntosh MS300 Music Server

The 750GB version, the MS750, was just reviewed in January's Stereophile. Personally, I think the McIntosh/Escient units could use a serious interface refresh. I had an original Esceint FireBall and the basic look of the interface hasn't changed. It looks very dated to me, especially when compared to some of the competition. On-screen and touchpanel interfaces give you the ability to really make a music server seem very slick, Escient should definitely take more advantage of this.<br />
