Hardware: Allo USBridge Signature Player OS: Volumio 2.853 DAC: Topping E30 When I connect my DAC to the rear ‘Clean USB’ port, it is not recognised by Volumio under ‘Output Devices’. Drop down menu only shows HDMI Out and Headphones. When I connect the DAC to any of the two front ‘WiFi/BT’ USB ports, Volumio recognised the DAC and by default changes the Output Device to E30. Is it possible that my USBridge Signature Player has a faulty Clean USB port? Is there a way to check if the USB port is receiving power? Please help me solve this issue.

I have beem working on a new music server and streamer. My main goal is to reduce cost and complexity in my systems while getting the best sound quality I can. I am also challenging some of my assumptions along the way. A HUGE shoutout to @The Computer Audiophile for starting this many years ago with the CAPS systems. This video is a big part of my inspiration: https://youtu.be/3iORZDo_Bh8. From RMAF 11! I am doing a final assembly on a YouTube Live Stream of one of the servers shortly: Bob

Hello, here's my problem: First installation after unboxing, preloaded moode audio sd already in the slot, usb dac connected via the clean usb slot, ethernet cable connected from my internet box to the player, usb key with some flac tunes for test on the usb wifi/bt slot, shanti linear power supply plugged and powered on, PWR and ACT lights are on... Then I open google chrome, enter the following adress in the search bar : http://moode No problem for the moment, I go through the first step of the configuration process, audio device setup, select "none" for i2s audio device then SET then reboot of the usbridge player... ...and I never could join the moode adress again, connection failed on chrome, corrupted website on mozilla, I tried htpp://moode htpp://moode.local htpp://172.24.1.1 on both browser nothing Any help possible? Thanks

Hello, a couple of days ago, I changed my old streamer for the Allo USBridge Signature Player. I run it with Moode r640 from your download section, control it via BubbleUPnP on my Smartphone (Tidal & Qobuz), power is supplied by the standard wall wart power supply, the grounding is connected to a grounding plug in my power strip, clean USB goes into a miniDSP 2x4 HD DAC with a quality USB cable. Network and Wifi is working flawless with all my appliances. Unfortunately, I have various problems with the USBridge Sig: - distortions like pops, often a couple of seconds after a track starts. - often times, it won't play the next song in the playlist. When that happens, the time-counter on the screen and the app is running, but no sound. That never happens with my other UPnP controlled devices. - The sound - though very precise - is rather harsh and rigid 😶 What to do?
