  1. View Classified UPGRADED Merrill ANAP XLR Interconnects 1.1m and 1.65m UPGRADED Merrill ANAP XLR Interconnects. Excellent condition. Some marks on the heatshrinks from normal use. Plugged in and out just a couple of times when rearranged my equipment. I have two pairs: Each pair in Merrill Audio bag 1.1m retail $1250, sell for $550 1.65m retail $1550, sell for $700 New proprietary Merrill connectors Rhodium over coper with Teflon dielectric. Way better than the Cardas XLR connectors Merrill used before! These are among the best. Merrill doesn't even produce any cheaper or more expensive cables. Just one type that fits best their $50k-tier equipment. I'm selling my Merrill Element 114 stereo amp ($16000 retail) I used these interconnects with. With my new amplification, I'm going with all Audience frontRow cables. The old version of Merrill ANAP interconnects with Cardas XLR connectors is equal to Cardas Reflection. These UPGRADED Merrill interconnects are a step UP. Not a Cardas Clear Beyond yet, but sound equal to Audience Au24sx. Audience frontRow bested these Merrill cables but at a 3 times higher price. Seller Anton_s0s Date 10/06/23 Price 550.00 USD Category Cables
  2. View Classified Crystal Cable Reference Diamond AES/EBU XLR Hi-End digital cable (Siltech) Offering a rare 10ft (3m) piece-of-art Hi-End digital cable CrystalDigit Reference. Both Siltech and Crystal Cable cables are manufactured exclusively in Holland on the same factory. See information below. Purchased it from an authorized Siltech and Crystal Cable dealer. Very good overall condition. The cable is in perfect condition. Light scratches on the medallion. I don't see any wear on the connectors. Comes in velvet bag in the factory box. Manufacturer: Crystal Cable Series: Diamond Model: CrystalDigit Level: Reference Retail: $3850 If you have a Hi-End source and need a long digital interconnect with uncompromising signal quality, this is one of the best. Easily bested Shunyata Sigma AES/EBU in my system. Crystal Cable has a bigger and more spacious sound with a lot more details embroidered like lace. TECHNOLOGY Two silver solid core conductors, each in its own silver shielding, helically wound. Solid core conductor, drawn with advanced metallurgy, developed by and exclusive to Crystal Cables and Siltech, massively reduces the micro-distortions. The central core has a thin layer of low-loss ultra rigid Kapton insulation, reducing dielectric loss and mechanical intermodulation. A silver screen is covered in a minimalist Teflon jacket to create the simplest and most theoretically perfect construction possible. And then two of these are helically wound. The result is almost impossibly thin and flexible cables that are virtually all conductor, with the least possible insulation and lowest possible sonic fingerprint. They offer class leading RFI and EMI rejection, complete performance consistency, and excellent longevity, easily surpassing the competition in these important areas. Diamond Series cables take consistency to a whole new level, employing identical conductors across each family, improving rhythmic flow and phase coherence, finally allowing your system to show its full potential. ABOUT CRYSTAL CABLE Both Siltech and Crystal Cable cables are manufactured exclusively in Holland on the same factory. CRYSTAL CABLE is a brand that was a part of International Audio Holding B.V. It was established in 2004 as an off-spin of the Siltech company, but in a short time, it became an equivalent partner in the holding company. Siltech and Crystal, they have similar bloodlines in a way. The husband (Edwin van der Kleij) oversees Siltech, while the wife (Gabi van der Kleij) oversees Crystal. The aesthetic differences are hard to ignore. Where the Crystals are very slim in design with transparent casings, the Siltechs are beefy with blue weave casings, but they both use the same silver mono crystal design on their Hi-End models. Seller Anton_s0s Date 12/01/23 Price 1,550.00 USD Category Cables
  3. View Classified Merrill Element 114 stereo power amp Rare opportunity to buy a Merrill Element 114. Like new condition. COMES WITH THE MERRILL AUDIO DUST COVER (in the last picture amp packed wrapped in it). Element 114 became available only in 2020 - the latest design in the Element lineup. Retail $16000. This one here was used for 2 years. I have custom-made Merrill ANAP XLR interconnects. 2 pairs are available for sale. Please see my other listings. Merrill Element 114 is the best class D amp in the world! Only Element 116 and 118 could be better only because more watts. But this stereo amp could drive any speakers. It's stable down to 1 Ohm and has phenomenal power. Blew out of the water my BAT VK-655SE monoblocks (1500 VA each), Element is better in every aspect. And I didn't even change the level on my preamp. Much more musical, compared to Mola Mola Kaluga and Jeff Rowland 625 S2. Tried it against Ayre MX-R Twenty - and proved again that Ayre doesn't get the bass foundation correct. Merrill Element is the winner here. Merrill Element is faster, mids are richer, and both top and bottom ends are better. The same goes for Gryphon Diablo 300 - Elemen is better in all aspects. It’s not correct to compare them, but people read I moved from Merrill to Gryphon and make assumption that Gryphon Diablo is better than Merrill Element. In fact, Diablo 300 (their integrated amps, in general) are not even close to real Gryphon separates. DAC directly into Merrill Element (if you have volume control) would be better than any Gryphon Diablo (300/250/120). The reason for sale is expensive Gryphon class A amp. TECHNOLOGIES Two secret ingredients for success are: GaN transistors and unique power supply. For the ultimate in musical immediacy, a proprietary multi-stage power supply using an LLC Resonant power supply with custom-built transformers is implemented in Element 114. The amplifier has a bottomless, instantaneous power supply and the ability to keep sustained peaks for longer periods of time. Gallium Nitride Transistors are one of the cleanest, fastest transistors available today! They offer a fast, clean, low distortion power capability and yet are natural and smooth in its musical capability. GaN transistors dramatically outperform other transistors because they can turn on and off almost instantly, and they avoid the charge and discharge times associated with channel/gate capacitance. They can switch hundreds of volts in nanoseconds. This, in turn, negates the need to compensate for any distortion or deadtime, thereby making the use of negative feedback unnecessary. Merrill Element bested many class AB amplifiers, including Ayre, Simaudio Moon Evolution, and McIntosh. Wyred 4 Sound or Bel Canto vs Merrill Element is like boombox vs Hi-end system, like 2D vs 5D movie. Well regarded Merrill Veritas monoblocks are somewhere in the middle, but not even close to Element tonal richness and depth wise. Element 114 has the same great bottom-end and dynamics as the best class AB amps out there, but with better microlevel detail, tonal purity and balance, and bass definition. Microlevel details are easily distinctive even at low volume levels, where you usually have to crank a solid-state amp up to hear these details. Smashing clarity with fantastic quickness and parsecs of transparency…and yet a sense of organic presence and rightness. The micro- and macrodynamics are amazing. Breathtaking suddenness of musical swings!
