Snow Leopard---"Finder" keeps opening

I'm running a 2010 Mac Mini (10.6.8); I've used the setup guides and ran the terminal command so that I now have the "Quit Finder" option in Finder...

 

 

However, recently it seems that every time Amarra Mini changes tracks, or if I track forward, Finder reopens....

 

 

Any hints on how I can stop this?

Edited to reflect this is only happening with Amarra Mini, in Amarra mode, using Itunes to control....NOT a problem with Audirvana +.

Just FYI for anyone interested--the Sonic Studio folks advise me that Amarra has to use finder in an effort to find artwork, so it will indeed reopen Finder...
