Which USB DAC's have volume control?

My system:

Genelec 2029 powered speakers

Mac Pro Tower (2008)

Arcam rDAC

 

I got the rDAC this week and it's pretty clear to me that a DAC with no volume control isn't going to work. Too many problems trying to fight with the various volume controls inside the apps of OS X.

 

I think I need something like the Benchmark DAC1.

 

What are others currently on the market?

 

Just to be clear I am looking for a solution for the powered speakers, not for headphone use.
