I think they are cool looking, but are they accurate in any way. Just curious. Not sure how to load them into Foobar.

Thanks, I think so too. They are accurate in the sense that you can adjust / calibrate them and the component is fairly well documented and discussed. There's links to the development forums in the references section.

Download and install foo_vis_vumeter, create a panel and add the display. Then add any skin .bin files to the same folder as the DLL.
