Anyone received their Mytek Brooklyn Bridge Roon yet?

Its been 18 months since I ordered one.  No one answers emails or phone calls at Mytek.  Are they still in business?  Is my $4K down the drain?

Looks like they attended Munich High End, so I was hopeful they would actually get around to shipping this thing.  I was just wondering if anyone else was in the same boat.  I can understand problems in supply, logistics, and manufacturing, but I can not understand total lack of communication.

Brooklyn Bridge II is being now manufactured and have started shipments to preorder dealers and customers. The products are trickling from our factory in Poland, initially at slow pace, as the production ramps up.  Preorders will have shipping priority and will be shipped on first come first served basis.  If you have already placed a preorder with Mytek, you will be receiving an individual email with detailed information on the shipment when is ready. Because of the production  being ramped up, we expect the fulfillment process for preorders to last several weeks. New orders are currently backordered for 6 weeks.

Yes, that's been updated several times over the past 18 months, but still does not give me too much confidence.  Communication goes a long way to keep consumers happy.  Ignoring customer inquiries does not.
