MikeyH
My U1 Mini has been in my system for quite some time now. I had it connected via AES/EBU connection to my DAC for a couple of years....Making some changes, and I want to connect it to my integrated without the DAC via Coax or Optical, and I cannot get any out put.... I've gone thru the settings about 57 times and see nothing for the connection type, the manuals are useless, and I wasted a couple of hours on this.... Is this thing broken? Is there anything I am missing? It shows that I am playing something but no output thru coax or optical. Cables are good. Link to comment
Lokesh
Please check the Digital Audio Output Setting on the Lumin App. Each of the outputs can be turned off or on there. Hope this helps. Link to comment

wklie
@MikeyH 1. You can turn on the individual digital audio put setting. 2. Or, you may factory reset the unit in Lumin app About U1 Mini. 3. Please make sure to disconnect the USB if you want to use AES / BNC / coaxial / toslink output. Peter Lie LUMIN Firmware Lead Link to comment
Designsfx
@wklie I’m interested in knowing why you have to disconnect the USB in order to use the SPDIF outputs. Is there any issue with routing multiple SPDIF outputs to multiple devices simultaneously as well? (BNC to dac 1, AES to dac 2 etc..) Link to comment
wklie
USB is asynchronous. SPDIF is synchronous. Peter Lie LUMIN Firmware Lead Link to comment
