There is no extra fuse in the package and why do I need to replace it on a brand new unit. Wasnt this QC tested? The order no is 13635 Link to comment

the_bat Posted May 21, 2023 Share Posted May 21, 2023 Is the voltage selector on the back set correctly? If it is, then do the red lights inside the Shanti come on? If they don't it's definitely dead. If they do then can you check you're using the 3 amp output to power up the Pi? Do you have a multimeter you can check the voltage on the two output plugs with? They should both show very close to 5 volts. Link to comment
pauljetli Posted May 22, 2023 Author Share Posted May 22, 2023 Hello, - Yes the voltage selector is set correctly i.e. 115v - No red lights inside the unit. - Yes the PI was connected to the right output. Nope I do not have a multimeter unfortunately. It looks like it is dead. Link to comment

I tried calling a 416 no. that was mentioned as part of the transaction (canada) and that no does not work. My credit card co. requested to call 18773392556 registered on better business..and I got 'mcdonalds south shore' and goes straight to voicemail. I went ahead and filed a dispute. Link to comment
