I have the following for sale for a fiber optic LAN solution:

 

1x Lynn Electronics SCSCDUPSM-2M 9/125 Yellow Duplex Single-Mode Fiber Optic Patch Cable, SC-SC, 2 Meters in Length Yellow

2 x TP-Link Fast Ethernet SFP to RJ45 Fiber Media Converter | Fiber to Ethernet Converter | 10/100Mbps RJ45 Port to 100Base-FX Single-Mode Fiber (MC110CS). 

 

They look different as I bought them on different dates. One version 4.0 and another version 6.6. Work fine and were part of my audio optical network.
