Problems with HQPlayer trial

Hello,

I am unable to use the software in Windows 10. Here are the specifics:

 

Another player, plays just fine with the same driver.

 

With HQPlayer I am unable to play any tracks. This is the log file, in case somebody can make any sense of it:
