Can I use filter setting to reduce the hight that sound harsh?

Yes, typically for example apodizing filters can help tame harsh recordings.

 

And you can do upsampling with suitable filters / modulators to make DAC perform better and sound less harsh.

 

Or digital room/loudspeaker correction to tame some loudspeaker effects in this area (although not all).

 

This depends on where the harshness is originating.
