undertook upgrade from 2.5 to 2.6 on my cherished ultrarendu....... update proceeded normally with no error messages. only message was pls reboot...... gui showed 2.6. I rebooted as instructed and now device can't be found on network. Can't ping device. LED on rear remains red.

What to do??

I tried that to no avail.

seems that following upgrade to 2.6, unit wont boot. How to repair ?

I reluctantly ordered one, doesn't seem correct that I have to spring for new card because update process failed. And then of course my worry is that when I update the new image same will take place. Is there a way to ref ash the existing card with a new image, or edit the error causing the system not to boot
