Ethernet not working on USBridge

Had the USBridge for around 3 months. Things were fine until I switched it off for a week (biz trip). When i switched it back on, the orange light is static while the green light flashes. I have tried pressing the "RST" button but to no avail. I have tried different ethernet cables, different ports in router etc. Anyone know how I can get the USBridge working again? Thanks in advance.

Ethernet leds shows the Ethernet port is up , not  showing in network means didn't got IP address.

which OS (volumio or dietpi ) using ?

I am using Volumio. In the same router, I connect to my Mac and was able to serve the internet. No idea why the USBridge can’t. Thanks
