agentsmith
Hmm I am a paid customer, recently sent an inquiry to them about a few bugs and Q on the status of 2.1. Never received any replies from them until I prompted them a second time, their reply was that they are busy on some trade show, and will get back to me later which they never did. Frankly their support sucks. Considering their price for what is mostly a single function utility. And their commitment to only a 2 year upgrade "privilege". Most utility I buy, even cheap ones, promises life time upgrades. kaka
I've had good support from Sonic Studio The full version of Amarra 2.0, playing through it's Independent Playlist window (without iTunes) sounds better than Amarra+iTunes, but there are a significant number of bugs. They have probably got tired of getting bug lists sent to them. I've sent them a couple, and am waiting keenly for 2.1 Source: Pink Faun Ultra - Chord DAVE Amps: VTV Purifi Speakers: Trenner and Friedel RA Cables : JCAT reference USB, Tellerium XLR, Kubula-Sosna Elation speaker Plus CEC TL 5 Cd transport - Blackcat Tron BNC - Chord DAVE Link to comment
