Agreed.  The Bifrost seems to have the same delay as well.  Popular Schiit indeed.

I’m still having a woefully hard time believing PS Audio would recommend the $6k DS DAC for use with a modest HT receiver and sub-$1k Elac speakers.  One of their less expensive DACs paired with their S300 amp would have gotten the most out of the Elacs and saved some money that could be spent on future upgrades.
