Saurabh
I bought a Volt+ D amp with a Power supply unit, both from Allo.com My setup has a Mimby DAC -> Volt+D> Speakers This setup worked once for a day. Today when I tried this again, I realized that the AMP is not working. I removed the AMP from the setup above and drove the speakers from the headphone jack, and they worked great. I used the Mimby to drive another set of speakers with inbuilt amp and that works well as well. This singles out the Volt D+ amp as the culprit. The amp is not muted and volume was raised to 1/3rd the volume, but I don't hear any output. I changed the speakers as well and didn't see any output. This amp is less than a month old. I am looking for support to sort these out. I measured the PSU output and it is at 19.2 V and I see the LED on the Amp turning on as well. I loved the amp when I used them with my speakers and would love to continue using it. Link to comment

ALLOsupport
Thank you for sharing the test results and update (PM) stepped attenuator (10k Logarithmic pot) first 10 steps the audio volume will be less, this also depends on the volume level of Audio file & Audio IN (DAC audio out). ensure the volume settings on Player set to maximum.
