Interesting..supposedly the Spring Dac does as gstew mentioned, uses the clock from whatever is upstream which is so many people use a DDC like the Singxer SU-1 before the Dac? I even upgraded the clocks in the SU-1 with binned ones that has better performance than the stock ones. That being said, I would love to eliminate USB from my system.
