Spinning circle on WIndows 10 Creator startup screen missing

Spinning circle on WIndows 10 Creator startup screen is missing after i run AO 2.2 beta 5 with all necessary tuning. Any idea?

I am not aware that AO would cause such behavior, or at least it would be only on your machine.

 

But either way, what do you need the spinning circle for...?
