Keith Jarrett "The Köln Concert" - Hybrid SACD released in Japan

I listened a DSD remastered version of "The Köln Concert" contained in a hybrid SACD released on March 8th 2017 from Tower Records japan Inc. They say "DSD remastered by Christoph Stickel, 1/2017".

I got more dynamic and deeply-engraved sound impression from the new version.

I wonder which ADC device is used for the DSD mastering. If it was done at MSM Studios, they might use Sony Sonoma DSD Workstation.

Christoph Stickel has been working at Horch House as their Chief Engineer since September 2016. Horch House uses a Grimm AD1 Analog to Digital Converter with DSD 64 for their Analog to DSD transfers and mastering.

Yes, CD Japan does a fine job with their SACD sales. I wonder why the Pat Metheny album is shown as a CD vs. an SACD and the Chick Corea - Return to Forever SACD isn't listed as available through them.
