Is Tidal going to raise the monthly subscription anytime soon?

I opened Tidal app on my IPad and I got the notification than an update is available, so I opened the AppStore...

 

Then I thought, what is this update for? some nice surprise? MQA maybe.... let me see the details in the description...

 

To my surprise I saw a different monthly price from the current one that I know....

 

 

I hope to be proven wrong!

Price refers to subscribing to Tidal as an in-app purchase, presumably to offset the app store fees. Same prices have been in the app description for ages. There was a flurry of non-stories about this in 2015. Rest easy!

 

Of course maybe they are gonna raise the prices, who knows, but the app description is not a sign of that.
