kilroy Posted December 10, 2015 Share Posted December 10, 2015 If the internet radio and flac files have a 44.1 khz sample rate then the display is correct. If it still reads this when you play higher sample rate files (e.g. 88, 96, 176, 192, DSD etc) then there is a problem. Looking at your other posts, and as others have suggested, you might consider going to equipment more suitable to your listening needs and habits. Link to comment

scan80269 Posted December 14, 2015 Share Posted December 14, 2015 860Kbps is about right for FLAC-encoded redbook (16/44.1) content, as the FLAC file size is roughly 60% of the WAV (PCM), with the FLAC-encoded bitrate having a similar reduction. Link to comment
