garysi
I installed the Live Calibration program and it crashes immediately upon open with the message "Live Calibration has stopped working". I also tried the Audio Processor and got the following "Failed to connect to Dirac Process Server" I sent off the log files to Dirac as they requested to look into the problem. I am wondering if anyone here has had the same problem. Here are the log files for the controiller: [2015-11-01 10:04:32.886] Starting up... flak
Yes, we are aware that several users are having problems with Windows 10 and we are looking into it in order to find what triggers this issue. We will update this thread as soon as we will have news... it may take some time though :-( Thanks for your patience, Flavio Warning: My posts may be biased even if in good faith, I work for Dirac Research :-) Link to comment

I am wondering if anyone here has had the same problem. I suddenly had exactly the same symptoms you describe, although I did not compare the logs. But, I was using Win 7. The solution was to uninstall JRiver 21: Dirac and JRiver 21: DAP Rescan for new devices breaks DAP Dirac not Working If you are using JRiver 21, try JR20 instead, which works fine. Some more testing of 21 is necessary to verify what is specifically causing the conflict. I have notified Dirac Tech Support of these threads, as I have an open ticket on these problems. garysi
I uninstalled 21, installed 20 and Dirac worked. Upgraded back to 21 and this time Dirac is working again with 21. Thanks for the help. Link to comment
Fitzcaraldo215
Hmm. I will have to try that. I have not tried 21 again since I uninstalled it. Link to comment
Fitzcaraldo215
Yup, JR 21.0.17 gave no Dirac problems after I downloaded and installed. I always make sure DAP is fully closed before I do that. But, restarting DAP or DLCT were normal. Link to comment

Yes, it looks like JRiver 21.0.15 was causing problems that have now been solved by JR 21.0.17 Flavio Warning: My posts may be biased even if in good faith, I work for Dirac Research :-) Link to comment
flak
The JRiver's download page at the moment shows build 15 while build 17 is available here: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=100902.0 By the way I just noticed that there is an even newer build here: JRiver Media Center 21.0.19 - Version History Flavio Warning: My posts may be biased even if in good faith, I work for Dirac Research :-) Link to comment
