JRiver-Windows 8- Dragonfluy 1.2 questions about settings/experience..

Here goes....

 

Dragonfly set to waspi event style...

JRiver set to no change in dsp format.

44.1 files play.

88.2 files play..but with static.

96..2 files play...bit with static.

Windows 8 set to 24/96

 

 

Led light up correctly.

 

Dragonfly set to kernal streaming.

JRiver set to no change in dsp format.

44.1 files play.

88.2 files play.

96..2 files play.

Windows 8 set to 24/96

Led lights up magenta on all files.

Questions...

 

Does Windows upsample? I hope not.

 

Does the Dragonfly upsample? I hope not.

Hey don't know if you have seen the configuration doc that Chris put together for configuring JRiver but I used it with great success to set up my system and Meridian DAC. If you have not take a look it might be helpful. I'll check my settings and let you know if I see anything different. I seem to remember a setting to eliminate windows having any impact on the bit and sampling info....
