miguelito Posted November 3, 2014 Share Posted November 3, 2014 Just comparing over the weekend the sound between my mini (i7quad/16gbRAM/120gbSSD/2tbFW) and the ARIES. Compared USB in each as well as SPDIF on the ARIES. DAC is EmmLabs XDS1v2 (same as Dac2x). I find SPDIF and mac USB very close. I find ARIES USB more relaxed and at ease but frankly I prefer female sibilance on the other two. Anyone has had a similar experience?
