I have a asus phoebus Soundcard with SPDIF.. but i dont get any sound ( have changed sound settings) Not sure which settings you have changed but you may want to be sure that the cd input of the Marantz is set to coax digital. That would be under settings, inputs, assign and then look to see if it is coax or optical and change it to coax if it's on optical. David Link to comment
