SotM card drivers

I am having my CAPS 3.0 (which had all sorts of problems) rebuild, and the guy putting it back together cannot load the drivers. I understand from the operating manual there are SotM specific drivers (I don;t have the CD with dirvers). Can anyone confirm this and suggest how I can get my hands on the drivers. There appears to be no downloadable drivers on a website.

Looks like SotM updated their webpages. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see a link for their 'Old Home Page'. Once there, choose support and that should bring you to the downloads. Hopefully the link below will get you there too.

So we got the drivers installed and the card now works. However, the card connects to the DAC (link light comes on), but there is no sound. Other USB ports (on MOBO) on the server do actually produce sound. Any suggestion what could be going on? I'm inquiring on behalf of the guy rebuilding my server, so I don;t have access to the hardware myself at the moment.
