audiophile65 Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 I'm just curious about something: Although I do own the Classic Records HDAD (24/96 on one side, 24/192 on the other) of the Alan Parsons Project classic album "I, Robot", I was wondering is anyone owns the Mobile Fidelity aluminum CD of "I, Robot"? Many months ago I ripped the HDAD onto my MacBook using DVD-Audio Extractor (both the 24/96 and the 24/192 resolutions), but I still can't help but wonder about the MoFi CD. I hear that the MoFi CD is a great, great, great sounding CD, so I'd like to hear from you if you own the MoFi. I might consider purchasing a good used copy of the MoFi. Link to comment
chriss71 Posted March 5, 2013 Share Posted March 5, 2013 I have both... You already have the best version of this album. The MoFi sounds really good, but the HDAD sounds fabulous. As I know they are from the same source, but the EQ is different. So, let the money in your pocket for this one...
