chriss71
Hello! I don't have pulled the trigger on this one: Analogue Productions Stated here: All remastered from the original sources by Doug Sax and The Doors original engineer Bruce Botnick. I have the HDTracks's Ones and all of the DCC's: HDTracks Website: No source and no mastering credit are given - BUT these are the original mixes, that is for sure. Sooooooooooo, this said, have anyone a comparison between those? Meantime, I am get tired of buying everytime the same one. I have only stereo setup, so can anyone give me a advice if the new ones (APO) I should buy. Robert Hutton
No option, because I don't have a turntable.... Are you happy with the DCC and HDT versions? If yes, what could be achieved by buying another version? If it's about music, there is surely always a whole universe of new music or previously undiscovered music to invest in. Link to comment

Robert Hutton
Robert, you know this: Better is the enemy of good. The march to misery, friend. There is always the promise of just a little bit better, but the holy grail has never been found. Link to comment
crimsondonkey
The 40th Anniversary mixes sound extremely clean and dynamic to me. The speed issues on the debut have been sorted and it does sound better than other versions I've heard - on a par if not slightly better than the vinyl MFSL copy I previously thought could not be beat.
