So does this mean that all the studios and record companies will be forced to "preserve" all there analog and DSD recordings by releasing them as high quality downloads? Does the act actually force them to do that? Because this is the only way to "preserve" this precious material. By getting them out there again. Getting them owned and used by the next (digital download and streaming) generation. Locking them in dusty old vaults for "prosperity" is not the way to "preserve" them...
