Philippe Bill
with the latest 6.1.14 version, when I tap a song to play, the app crashes Link to comment
Philippe Bill
Since the latest 6.1.14 Lumin version, when I tap a song to play via a SOtM sMS-200 + Nas/MinimServer/BubbleUPnPServer, the app crashes (no problem with another renderer) Anyone knows about a SOtM-Lumin bug or any suggestion on how to fix this issue? And for those who have to use Esoteric app when the latest Lumin app is not working for them, I recommend turning off app auto update. are you planning a solution? or will the Lumin app never be anymore compatible with "non-Lumin" hardware ? We would like to have critical compatibility issues solved, but tasks that benefit Lumin hardware users have priority. I understand and on the other hand, I have appreciated your Lumin A1 for years and I know the regular evolution of your software... Link to comment

Philippe Bill
that was my question, I can't find the U2-Mini in the list Link to comment
Philippe Bill
@WKLIE questions for U2 on Fiber Network : some manufacturers offer "Passive Direct Attach Copper Twinax Cable" (DAC) -Taiko : https://taikoaudio.com/taiko-2020/product/extra-dac-cable/ - FS version : https://www.fs.com/products/40160.html?attribute=8771&id=2370565 - Melco : https://melco-audio.com/c1/ - aso... questions : - is the U2 compatible with a Direct Attach Copper cable (DAC) ? (Switch > DAC > U2) - is a "Passive Direct Attach Copper Twinax Cable" an upgrade for the U2 ? (vs Fiber).. explication : "max. power consumption 0.1W" ?? Link to comment
Philippe Bill
19 hours ago, wklie said: All three links are SFP+ not SFP. Therefore they will not work on Lumin products. Melco announces that its cable is compatible with Melco N1 & N5, Melco S10 / S100, Aurender, HiFi Rose, Linn Klimax DSM, Taiko Audio SGM Extreme / Extreme switch, SFORZATO DSP-Columba, DSP-Corvus, DST-Lepus... why not with Lumin U2 ? Philippe Bill
I just listened to a Lumin U2 mini with a Paul Hynes SR4 power supply, the quality is of a very high level and the Lumin app is constantly improving.. well done to Lumin ! Link to comment
