Melvin
I apologize for my ignorance and this may seem like a dumb question but, I honestly don't know this. I purchased a pair of inexpensive speaker cables from Blue Jeans Cable, the 12 White cables in fact, and have found my integrated amp runs quite a bit cooler. Why? Is this an effect of less resistance? Also, and I may be imagining this, but the volume seems a bit louder at the same setting as well. BTW, my other cables are nice wires and cost 3 times as much. Melvin
Well, in reply to my own question and after much Googling, I believe it is indeed about resistance. For what it's worth, I did search for an answer to this most basic question prior to posting but apparently my Google skills need improving. Thanks anyway. Link to comment
