Because I can't get a reponse to any of the emails I've sent for the last two weeks.

That was my experience. I had a question before I bought some of their equipment. Sent several emails. I never got a response. I ended up buying from a different manufacturer. My experience may not be typical, but it is similar.

You could try calling Ray. He will get back to you. The PK100 is worth the wait, and effort.

 

I have ordered two PK100's on the website with the linear power supply. One is digital out to a DAC, and the other analog out to a integrated amplifier. Both give excellent sound and functionality.

I don't think about missing "vinyl/analog" any more since adding a Metrum Octave DAC to my Pk100. My suggestion is to be persistent but "civil" & "calm" in your communications with Ray . The delivered server will be well worth the wait.
