I'm a bit green at this ...so I'm wondering about moving my itunes library on my office imac to the mini...or sharing it via home share or moving my imacs library to a hard drive ,,,I intend on using a 1tb hard drive for storage and one as back up eventually..w firewire.400?or800? give thoughtlessly ...love fearlessly...dance like no ones watching Link to comment
Audio_ELF Posted December 6, 2011 Share Posted December 6, 2011 Especially as you intend to use an external drive, best way is to copy direct from iMac to the external HDD then moved that (physically) to your MacMini. Eloise Eloise --- ...in my opinion / experience... While I agree "Everything may matter" working out what actually affects the sound is a trickier thing. And I agree "Trust your ears" but equally don't allow them to fool you - trust them with a bit of skepticism. keep your mind open... But mind your brain doesn't fall out. Link to comment
