Media Monkey and M-Audio Sound Card

As a Media Monkey Gold user I downloaded the new version the other day and now I cannot get any digital signal to my DAC and there is no SPDIF signal present on my M-Audio mixer as there once was prior to downloading the new version. I have ASIO For All as my output plug-in and all settings seem the same as they were before. The balanced outputs of the M-Audio card are active and have sound but I get no SPDIF audio signal, however, as I change from 44.1K, 48K and 96K files the sampling lights on my DAC change too indicating there is data, just no audio.
