Max Problems with itunes

Hi,

I'm getting an error message with MAX when creating a copy with itunes. I have the compatibility checked and it makes a copy and import AIF but I have to select an error with tag description in max before it will move on?? is this the easiest way to import files to itunes with tags and artwork??
