B&W CM1 vs CM5 with Rotel 1520 amp

Hello, I just purchased a Rotel 1520 integrated amp, I am setting it up to my iMac and have ALAC files for music (still searching for a DAC under $500). My system is in the living room of an apartment (about 12x13). Which speakers do you recommend, B&W CM1 vs CM5, I have listened to both at a local shop but cannot decide if $500 extra is worth it. Thank you.

I used to use the CM1 for a similarly sized room, but powered by a Bryston B-60. The CM1 is more than up for those dimensions in my opinion. However, they get bloomy in the upper bass region, even with my neutral amp and cables. If you're set on the CM series, take time to figure out which of the models has tighter upper bass, as both will fill the room easily. Anyway, everyone's hearing is different, so they could sound very different to you.
